What is Digital guidebook?
Doorling's digital guidebook is the part of the guest portal that opens after online check-in and brings together everything about the house and the neighbourhood, on your guest's phone, with no app and no PDF to send.
You fill in Wi-Fi, house rules, appliance instructions, emergency contacts and any free-form sections you need just once, such as “Getting here” or “Recycling”. In the neighbourhood section you add restaurants, transport, the pharmacy and other useful spots, and guests see them on a map with their distance from the property.
Every text translates into the portal's other 15 languages in one click and stays editable language by language. Wi-Fi only unlocks when check-in is approved, by you or automatically if you've switched that on.
